Army civilians, also known as Department of the Army (DA) civilians, are non-military personnel who serve in various positions in the PAK Army. They support the Army's mission  by providing critical skills and expertise in areas such as administration, engineering, medicine, law, and logistics.
Below is an overview of the criteria and process for becoming an Army civilian:
 General Requirements:

 2. Age:
You must meet a minimum age (usually 18 years old). Some positions may have different age requirements.
3. Training and Experience:
Education and experience requirements vary widely by position. Some positions require a specific degree or certificate, while others  require relevant work experience.
 4. Security Checks:
Many positions require  security clearance, including a thorough background check. Security levels (confidential, top secret, top secret, etc.) vary by position.
5. Medical and Physical Fitness:
Some positions, especially those involving physical labor or field work, may require a medical exam and/or physical fitness evaluation.
Application Process:
 1. Job Search:
Search for open positions on the PAKJOBS website, the official P.K.  Government job site. Use keywords and filters to search for Army Civilian jobs.

Submit an online application through PAKJOBS. This typically includes your resume,  completed application, and all required documentation (references, certificates, etc.).
 3. Evaluation and Selection:
Applications will be reviewed and candidates may be required to complete additional evaluations such as written tests, interviews, and aptitude tests. Qualified candidates may be contacted for an interview.
