The Pakistan Air Force (PAF) Logistics Wing is responsible for managing the logistics and supply chain functions that support the operational and administrative requirements of the Air Force.  Criteria for joining PAF's Logistics Wing: 
1. Educational Requirements:
For  Officers:
Minimum Education:
A bachelor's degree from a recognized university is typically required. A degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or engineering may be particularly relevant.  Specialized Courses:
 Additional qualifications and/or certifications in logistics and supply chain management may be advantageous.  
For Airmen:
 Minimum Education:
 Typically a high school diploma (10th grade) or equivalent is  required. Higher education qualifications may be preferred for certain roles. 
2. Age Limits:
For Enlisted Candidates:
 Typically candidates must be between 18 and 30 years of age at the time of application. Age limits may vary depending on the specific recruiting campaign and prior service.  
Airmen:
 Candidates must normally be between 18 and 23 years of age. Age limits may also vary based on  role and recruitment cycle. 
3. Physical Fitness and Health:
 Candidates must meet the physical and medical standards set by the PAF. This usually includes passing a physical fitness test and medical examination to ensure the candidate is fit for duty. 
4. Nationality:
 Candidates must be Pakistani nationals. Dual nationality holders may be required to meet certain criteria or renounce the other nationality. 
5. Selection Process:
Written Exams:
 Candidates must pass frequent written exams that assess their knowledge and aptitude in relevant fields. 
Interview:

 candidates will be interviewed to assess their suitability for the role and their motivation to join the PAF. 
Psychological and Medical Assessment:
 Additional assessments will be conducted to ensure candidates meet the mental and physical requirements for the service. 
6. Education:
Once selected, candidates will receive training specifically tailored for their role in the logistics sector. This will include both general military training and specialized logistics training.  
7. Additional Competencies:
Supply chain management, inventory control and procurement skills will be an advantage. Knowledge of logistics software and systems will also be an advantage.
