Pakistan Air Force (PAF) Account Branch is an integral part of the PAF and is responsible for financial management and accounting within the Air Force. Criteria and requirements for joining the Account Branch may include the following: 

Eligibility Criteria :

1. Educational Qualification: - 

Candidates will normally require at least a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or a related field from a recognized educational institution. - Higher qualifications and/or professional qualifications (e.g. ACCA, CA, CMA, etc.) may be recommended or required. 

2. Age Limit: - 

Generally, candidates must be between 18 and 30 years of age. Age limits may vary depending on  recruitment campaigns and policies. 3. Physical and Medical Criteria: - 

Candidates must meet the physical and medical criteria set by the PAF. This usually includes passing a medical examination and physical fitness test. 

4. Citizenship: -

 Candidates must be Pakistani nationals. 

5. Other Requirements: 

 Candidates must have good moral character and a clean criminal record.  Candidates may be required to pass a written test, an interview and possibly a psychological evaluation. 

 Selection Process

 1. Initial Test: 

Applications are reviewed on the basis of educational qualifications and other eligibility criteria.

 2. Written Test: 

Written tests are usually conducted to assess the candidates' knowledge of relevant subjects such as accounting principles, finance,  general knowledge, etc. 

3. Interview: 

 Selected candidates will be interviewed to assess their suitability for the role including  communication skills, problem-solving skills, general attitude etc. 

4. Medical Examination:  

Candidates will undergo a comprehensive medical examination to ensure that they meet the health standards required for the service. 

5.Final Selection: 

Final selection will be made based on performance in  written test, interview and medical examination. Education - Selected candidates will undergo training at the relevant PAF training institutes where they will receive specialized training in financial management, accountancy practices and other job specific skills.
