 How do I get the admission application form? 

If you are unable to find the online form, you can pick up the form during the college office hours for 1000 rupees. OR To get the admission form, send a bank cheque of Rs 1500 to the name of the Principal,

After filling up the admission form, attach the following documents to the admission form: 

• 02 Passport Photograph 
• Attested copy of From-B 
• Attested copy of father's CNIC 
• Challan form after submitting the fee Signature certificate to be attached to the admission form 
• If you want to download the admission form online, just attach a pay cheque of Rs 1500 to the form. 
•  Get the signature of the current Principal where the student is currently studying.
