- Required documents are: Application form duly filled and submitted by the applicant Banker's cheque for admission fee Rs.1000/- as service charge to the school Five properly addressed and stamped envelopes.
- Three current passport size photographs Copy of parent/guardian's CNIC Four copies of grade 12 certificate card (for first year).
- Copy of duly filled admission form and two recent passport size photographs.
- After your admission to Cadet College Chakwal is confirmed, you will need to attach Form B and submit the original copy of your school leaving certificate.
