Weight and height standards for enlistment in the Pakistan Army vary depending on the  branch or job, and the gender of the applicant. Below is a general overview of  height and weight requirements. 
Size Requirements:
Male Candidates:
Minimum Height:
 5 feet 4 inches (162.5 cm) 
Female Candidates:
Minimum Height:
5 feet (152.4 cm) 
Weight Requirements:
 Weight requirements are generally proportional to height and are calculated using the Body Mass Index (BMI) tables used by the Pakistan Army. There is no set weight for all candidates. Instead, it is determined based on the individual's size. 
Male Candidates:
Must maintain a healthy BMI as per Army standards. 
Female Applicants:
 Must also maintain a healthy BMI as per Army standards.   
Notes:
BMI Standards:
 BMI is calculated using the following formula:
{BMI}= Weight(kg)/Height(m)2

A healthy BMI is usually between 18.5 and 24.9. 
Exceptions:
 In some cases, exceptions may be made for candidates who are slightly below or above the height or weight standards, especially if they excel in other areas.
Fitness and Medical Examinations:
All candidates must also pass a  fitness test and a medical examination to ensure their suitability for military service.
