 Pakistan Air Force (PAF) ranks are structured similarly to  other air forces, reflecting a hierarchy of authority and responsibility. Here is a summary of the PAF ranks: 
Officer Ranks:
1. Pilot Officer (P/O):
 This is the entry-level rank for  officers in the PAF. 
2. Flying Officer (F/O): 
After a period of training and experience, pilots are promoted to flying officers. 
3. Lieutenant (Flt Lt): 
This rank is equivalent to a Captain in the Army and is usually held by officers with several years of service. 
4. Company Leader (Sqn Ldr): 
A mid-ranking rank, often responsible for commanding a company or  other leadership role. 
5. Wing Commander (Wg Cdr): 
An officer of this rank may command an air wing or hold a senior staff position.
 6. Group Captain (Gp Capt):
The equivalent of an Army colonel, an officer of this rank holds significant command or staff roles.
 7. Air Commodore (Air Cdre): 
A one-star rank usually awarded to the commander of a large operational or support force. 
8. Air Vice Marshal (AVM):
 A two-star rank who often holds senior command or  key staff positions.
 9. Air Marshal (Air Mshl): 
A three-star rank who holds senior leadership positions within the PAF. 
10. Air Commander in Chief  (ACM): 
The highest rank in the PAF, held by the Chief of  Air Staff.
