The university campus is spread over an area of 409 kanals (about 46 acres). It comprises of academic buildings, auditoriums, mosques, libraries, administrative buildings, bachelor quarters, officer messes and cafeterias. The university also has five cadet hostels namely Jinnah Hostel, Iqbal Hostel, Khalid Hostel, Ghazi Hostel (named after Ghazi-e-Millat Sardar Muhammad Ibrahim Khan, the first president of Azad State of Jammu & Kashmir) and Saif Hostel (named after Naik Saif Ali Janjua, Shahid and Nishan-e-Haider). In addition, the university campus has staff quarters and several playgrounds for outdoor games like hockey, football, volleyball, cricket and athletics grounds. The Cadet College Muzaffarabad Admission Office has officially announced the opening of admissions for the academic year 2024. This prestigious institution is now accepting applications for enrollment in its FSC and ICS programs. This announcement is especially important for parents who want to provide their children with a solid educational foundation and an opportunity to pursue a career as an officer in the Pakistan Army. To begin the admission process, interested candidates must obtain the Cadet College Admission Form from the official Cadet College Muzaffarabad website or directly from this page. Once the form is available, applicants are requested to fill it carefully and ensure that all the required documents are included. The completed application form and the required documents must be submitted to the college admission office within the deadline set for each school as deadlines may vary. The application deadline has been extended to 15th November 2023.
Eligibility Criteria of Admission (8th Class):
At Muzaffarabad Military Academy, admissions for class 8 take place every year and as per a specific schedule. The admission criteria are as follows:
Age and Qualifications:
Be between 12 and 14 years of age as on 1st April of the year of admission (there are no exceptions to the age limit).
Abide by the stipulated age limit.
Have successfully completed grade 7 by the end of March of the year of admission.
Number of Cadets Admission to class 8 of the college is done through an annual entrance exam.
Number of Cadets:
Classes start from the second week of April. The college admits 60 cadets every year.

Candidates are required to appear for a written exam in
Mathematics,

Please note that the Mathematics exam will be conducted in Urdu or English and no calculators are allowed during the exam.
Interview:
Interviews will be held for those who pass the written exam.
Medical Examination:
All candidates are required to undergo a medical examination by a University doctor. Only those who pass the written exam and interview and are in good health will be considered for admission. Note:

The application form for admission is in Appendix 2 of the Prospectus. It must be accompanied by the address slip contained in Appendix 3. Details regarding submission of applications will be published annually in leading English and Urdu newspapers.

Student number sheets will be sent to all eligible candidates within a reasonable time of receipt of their applications.
Announcement of the Successful Candidates:
Once the results are out, selected candidates will be informed by telephone letter, which will also include instructions on how to participate.
Confirmation of Admission:
After receiving the admission notice, the parents/guardians need to confirm whether their son/ward will be admitted to the college or not. If confirmation is not received within 15 days of the issuance of the admission notice, the application of the selected candidate will not be considered and the next candidate in the top list will be contacted.
