Pakistan Air Force (PAF) Engineering Wing is one of the major engineering wings within PAF, focusing on maintaining and ensuring operational readiness of the Air Force's equipment and systems. Here is an overview of the criteria and requirements to join PAF's Engineering Wing.
1. Passing Criteria:
Nationality:
Must be a Pakistani national.
Age Limit:
Candidates for pre-commissioning training should typically be between 16-22 years of age. Specific age limits may vary, so it is advisable to check the latest notification from PAF.
Educational qualifications:
For Aerospace Engineering courses:
Candidates will typically need at least 60% marks in FSc (Pre-Engineering) or A-Level (Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry) or equivalent. An Engineering degree (from a recognised institution) may also be considered.
For other technical jobs:
Specific qualifications may vary. For example, degrees in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Aerospace Engineering are often required.
